Make a back-up of this file and in that back-up copy, remove different parts of the movie and check if the memory usage decreases. If it does not, remove different parts. If it does, narrow the removal to lesser content.
You'll eventually find the thing that causes the huge memory usage.
Also, check if anything has excessive filters on.
